Our usual order processing time takes around 1-7 business day(s) during non-peak period. 

TAXES, CUSTOMS & HANDLING CHARGES

International orders may be subjected to pay for custom duties in addition to shipping costs. Custom duties will be included in the order at the checkout page as we have switched to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) instead of our previous DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The price you see at the checkout page is the price you pay.

TRACKING ORDER

Once we have processed your order(s), you will receive an email with the tracking information.

LOST/MISSING MAIL

You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been processed, as a proof that we have shipped your order. Contact the carrier if the mail is lost or missing.

SIZE EXCHANGE

Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the package delivery date, in original condition, with tag, and return costs shall be at the expense of the customer.
